Whether we've lived on land before and now miss it, or we have hungered to be close to the earth, or we just want to try a lifestyle .... Grafton Permies is a great place to call home.

An interest in living an active lifestyle
An interest in growing plants and animals ... like permaculture
Not overtly religious / dogmatic / driven / drug user / mental condition
Vegetarian is OK ... but NOT preferred
Moderate habits

Although it will be very inexpensive to live here, we certainly will not make enough money from the property to sustain personal living. It is important that you have an independent source of funds. A pension would be fine.

The other thing is that there is no point being part of a community if we don't actually do things a little bit together. Privacy is important, so too is sharing.
