Grafton is a playground.

The mighty Clarence River is 400 metres from the property, and flows right thru the town. The glistening Nth Coast beaches are 30 minutes away with Byron, Ballina and Coffs Harbour close by.

There are many restaurants and licensed clubs, as well as interest groups catering to all tastes.

There are so many opportunities to pursue an active lifestyle in the Grafton region. Whatever your interest you'll quickly find others who share it and who will welcome you with open arms. We enjoy doing a bunch of stuff on the property but our residents also join with local groups in Grafton for a range of other activities. Really they are too many to mention, Here are just a few.

Music Clubs and Dance

A lot of the local pubs have live music on a regular basis, and some of the small local villages like Ulmarra do also. Maclean and Yamba are nearby and also have some lively clubs.

Each week Big River Rockers has a $2 dance at the Golf Club and there's Old Time dance on Thursday nights at the Criterion Theatre.

The River Rocks

Just 400 metres from the property is a very picturesque section of the river ... A rocky outcrop, great for fishing.

The river runs quite gently so canoeing, dragon boats, sailboarding, yachting .... any number of boating pursuits are catered for.

The speed boats and skiers are consigned to another area of the river with displays held at Festival time

Can you hear the Waves

National Parks surround Wooli and Minnie Waters, making the beaches closest to Grafton some of the most pristine in Australia. The tourist beaches of Coffs Harbour and Ballina are 45 mins away and those centres host some great restaurants, clubs abd cafes.
